Can you build my project for me?

We would love to build your project! Our vision is to take you through the whole journey - from the concept of your development to handing over the key! 

After you receive all necessary permits, we would love to have an opportunity to quote construction of your development (and/or match another quote).

You might be surprised how much value for money you can get by using our construction service, and the quality of the finished product. 

Every building contract specifies the number of days it will take to complete each project. When estimating these times, we take into account multiple factors, such as weather, seasonal holidays, availability of materials and trades.  Rest assured that you project will be delivered within the specified times and sometimes ahead of time.

The cost of each project depends on the design, site factors, engineers' specifications, inclusions, and finishes that are selected by you. No project is ever the same. We build project in any range - starting from basic specifications to luxurious inclusions.

Before we provide you with a quote, we discuss with you the level of finishes and inclusions you want in your developments. We then quote on the selected inclusions and provide a contract with the specifications that you selected. Before signing the contract and specifications you will have an opportunity to modify specifications. Once you are happy with the contract inclusions, specifications, and price, you can proceed with signing the contract. 

The payments for your project is done in stages that are outlined in your contract.

We provide a 7 year structural warranty for each construction project. We specialise in providing high quality workmanship for each of our developments. In an unlikely event that something unusual happens after the development is completed we will be on hand to rectify any issues.
