What information do I need to provide for pre-purchase inspection?
After your initial phone call, a property address and a certificate of title or Section 32 is requested. Your site conditions and assets (any pipes, trees, pits etc.) are usually checked with relevant authorities and using on-line maps and images.
How long does it take to receive advice?
Please allow 24-72 hours since submitting relevant information to receive advice.
Do you need to do site inspection?
Most of the time, site visit in not necessary to give you general advice about what possible development can fit on your site.
